This thread is for tracking the firmware builds of the AWD Porsche 991 units. When a new release is available it will be added to the end of this thread.

1.18 Firmware

Version 1.18 contains the following updates

Changes since 1.15

1.16 - Added CanLogging option - New software will be released soon which allows you to monitor and log the canbus via USB
1.17 - CarCode Map Added for 997 Platform
1.18 - Added simple Map locking and Restriction option. - Press C, F inside a map

IMPORTANT: The AWD Firmware is locked to the AWD Hardware. While you will be able to flash the Enc file for a Huracan onto say a R35GTR unit, it will not come online as the hardware key will not match. Ensure you load the correct code.

1.21 Firmware

Version 1.21 contains the following updates

Changes since 1.18
V1.19 Output Testing added
V1.21 Output mode on changelight output to Lowside, Yaris HandBrake disable test mode light on dash in Burnout, Gear displayed in breakpoint, MAP1 Multiplier, post shift Multiplier to help stop spin after drivetrain torque change

1.23 Firmware - X4

In order to improve manufacturing time we have made dedicated AWD boards based on the new X4 GEN2 hardware. Because of this a different version of firmware and calibration is required for these boards as they have selectable pull ups for the inputs.

Orders placed from July 2022 will have these boards and look like the below. If you have this version and wish to update the firmware then use the X4 version attached. Older hardware use the normal AWD version.

Changes since 1.21:

V1.22 - Adjustable the Yaris display bars vs duty to match more OEM, SnowMode on the R35GTR selects AwdSel3
V1.23 - Added Gear Duty Multiplier

*Changed Burnout/2WD mode to take priority over Hold decay so 0% is applied instantly

Changes since 1.25.1:

* MQB4 DriveMode (CalSelect Edit)
* Added LatG Duty Adjustment
* AWD Pressure can be wired in and read 0-5v on R35, 997, Yaris, RS3, MQB, Corolla.... Huracan and 991 have pressure sensor as standard
* Added support for 997 AWD to be fitted in 996. (Picks up and read the 996 CAN) CarCode = 3
